This award-winning, diverse and innovative program at Appleton North High School presents several productions each school year ranging from plays to musicals to social-issue theatre. North Theatre is the home to the area’s only student improvisational troupe, Improvedy, and also stages a successful Haunted House each October. North Theatre has been awarded the top honor of Critic’s Choice at the Wisconsin High School Theatre Festival for the past ten consecutive years. Students in theatre at North participate in all aspects of the creative process both on and off stage.
